Weekly bookings are for a seven-night stay and are normally from Saturday to Saturday, but we can be flexible! Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are welcome subject to availability.

All heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price.There are no other "hidden costs". Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar and a bottle of wine provide a welcome gift on your arrival.

We want to make your holiday as pleasant as possible, so please ask if there is anything we can do to make your stay at Lletty Cottage more enjoyable. Please let us know a few days before your arrival if you would like us to obtain any groceries for your stay, or any other requirements you may have.

If you are travelling by train on the Heart of Wales line, we can collect you from Llangadog station please let us know the details.

If you are cyclists a secure lock-up is available on site

The accomodation sleeps two people only. We regret we cannot accommodate pets or children. The accommodation is non-smoking.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings

By making a booking, you agree that these terms and conditions apply, and the payment of the deposit constitutes a contract to book the property. Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is from 3pm and the cottage must be vacated by 10am on the last day. You must take all reasonable care of the property and leave it and all furniture and fittings in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. Damage to furniture, fittings and equipment (other than fair wear and tear) may be charged for. The maximum number of persons must not exceed 2 adults. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets or children.

Payment

A £50 non-returnable deposit is required on booking. The balance is payable 30 days before the start of the holiday. The total balance is payable if the booking made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday. Non-payment of the balance owed when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit payment.

Payment is by cheque payable to J and M Cahill, unless there is insufficient time to clear a cheque, in which case payment will be in cash on arrival.

Payment for overseas visitors (only) may also be made through PayPal. Please email us if you require this to be set up

We regret we cannot accept card payments

Cancellation

If you have to cancel after full payment has been made we will endeavour to re-sell your booking and if we are successful we will return the monies paid, less the deposit. Alternatively we will try to rearrange the holiday at another convenient date in the future.
